A Forever Memorial Page is $199, paid once. Contact Serenity Impressions for questions about optional services or special requests.
Is there a monthly subscription?+
No. The Forever Memorial Page has a one-time creation fee, not a monthly subscription.
How long does it take to create?+
Most pages are prepared within 2–3 business days after we receive the necessary information and materials. Rush requests may be available.
What should our family provide?+
We’ll guide you through submitting your loved one’s name and dates, life story, photographs, and any viewing, funeral, or repast details you would like included.
Can family members add photographs and memories?+
Yes. Families can use their private Family Portal to share and manage photographs and other memorial information. Some public contributions may require review.
Can we make changes after the page is published?+
Yes. You can request changes or use the available Family Portal editing tools for supported information. Contact our team if you need additional help.
Can we share the memorial with people who live far away?+
Absolutely. Each memorial has a shareable link, and a QR code can make it easy to access the page from a printed keepsake.
Do visitors need a login to view the memorial?+
No. Published memorial pages are publicly viewable through their links. The Family Portal uses a private access code for family management.
Can we include viewing, funeral, and repast information?+
Yes. Service and gathering information can be displayed so family and friends know where and when to come together.
Can loved ones leave tributes?+
Yes. A memorial can receive messages and tributes, with moderation options to help keep the space respectful.
Can we include a memorial fund or donation information?+
Yes. Families can include an optional memorial fund, fundraiser, or donation link so visitors can find information about supporting the family or a meaningful cause. Donations are made through the provided destination; Serenity Memorials does not collect them on your behalf.
